Farmers expended over $4,000,000 in erecting new buildings.

A Provinciag Agricultural College established.
Land everywhere in the Province continues to increase in value. It now ranges in value from $6.00 to $50.00 per acre.
Manitoba has 40,000 prosperous farmers.
Manitoba has still 20,000,000 acres arable, virgin prairie open for settlement.
