For over 20 years the Elkhorn preschool group, now known as Elkhorn Tiny Tots Playschool, have been teaching children their basics in colour, numbers and every letter of the alphabet.
The group has met in various locations in the village. For the past few years they have been using an empty classroom in the elementary section of the school.
The playschool holds a few public events each year, such as a small Christmas presentation and a yearly graduation and concert night, wich is to be held on May 29
in the Elkhorn School gym.
However there is one more major event that was just held, the spring picnic at Elkhorn Memorial Park.
