Princess Lodge By Bernice Graham

Debbie Freeman from Boissevain visited with her parents, Tom and Muriel Anderson, recently and had a very busy time.

Leona and John McKie of Brookdale visited with Ethel Bowles and had supper at Chicken Chef.

Cheryl Magotiaux visited with her mother on the long weekend.

Congratulations and best wishes to Ed and Hazel Wadham on their 71st wedding anniversary from the residents of Princess Lodge.

Last Wednesday evening, Art Maxwell and friends Debbie, Sylvia and Dave, entertained the residents with their enjoyable music and songs that were a big hit when we were growing up. This was followed by a light lunch and fellowship.

Tim and Heather Graham and family visited the Grahams on Labour Day.

Miniota By Bev Peel

Congratulations to Heather Lelond who retired at the end of August from working between the Miniota Food Store and the Miniota Home Centre for 30 years. Happy Retirement!

Our local artist, Jennifer Copet has 17 pieces of art on display at the Virden Train Station Art Centre.

Murray and Bev. Peel visited Wes and Elsie Ferguson at Minnedosa, Sunday, Sept. 8. They are Belgian horse people that we have known since the 1980s, showing at fairs and selling horses to.
