On a relatively mild Nov. 26 evening with temperatures hovering around the freezing mark and a little snow on the ground, dozens of people lined the route to take in Virden's 2022 Santa Claus Parade. Marshalled by Herb Warkentin and Hank Kyle, the parade featured more than 30 entries representing local businesses and community organizations.
