Wherever you want a beautiful and durable monument or counter surface, Boundary Stone Works can supply.
This Hutterite owned business located near Elkhorn started off with just a small cement mixer, creating concrete blocks in a small shop. Over the years Boundary Stone Works has expanded to create plaques, memorials, counter tops and other unique items made to order, for indoor or exterior applications.
Since 1988, Boundary has been supplying customers with memorials and markers for remembering the passing of loved ones with an everlasting tribute.
In 2009 the business relocated to the present Elkhorn area, moving into a bigger facility. This meant Boundary could broaden its product line. Branching off from the memorial business, the stone works factory began to create granite counter tops.
Counter tops have become a major product for this Westman business. Today, their work reaches customers across western Canada. A photo gallery is replete with examples of Boundary’s work:
The showroom provides material samples including edge options and colour patterns. Engineered quartz is a popular medium because of its uniformity.
For information regarding memorials, contact Dave Wipf; and for counter tops, see Shane Kleinsasser.
Boundary’s factory is equipped with the latest technology - a laser/digital templating system, a newly acquired CNC bandsaw and a bridge saw for cutting stone or ceramics – to provide professional craftsmanship.
According to Shane, the automation and computerization of the process means that much of his work now focuses on promoting his products to new customers and servicing his existing clients.
Boundary Stone Works not only provides customers with efficient and precise fabrication but the company also installs its products.
