This was a strategic weekend to hold a craft sale in Virden. The Telus Cup drew teams from other parts of Western Canada, and their fans, to Virden. Along with other shopping outlets, a craft sale is recreation and shopping rolled into one.
Even if you don't know what you need, crafts and unique home-based businesses are a great way to pass the time and maybe get some ideas of your own if you are a crafter.
