Treat yourself to a day of rejuvenation

Yoga Festival at Eternal Springs
Yoga festival

Time is running out to register for the first annual “follow the sun…off the grid” Yoga Festival on July 29 at Eternal Springs. In order to participate in this amazing venture, registration must be paid for by June 29.

Prairie West Rec & Midwest Recreation have joined together to host a one of a kind Yoga Festival at Eternal Springs, located south of Lenore in the valley. The festival will start at 9:45 a.m. and run all day. Over 15 teachers and guides, from rural Manitoba, will teach a combination of 20 yoga classes, workshops, and speakeasy sessions. Many vendors with “Soothe the Yogi Soul” products and services will be available at the Yoga Festival from 10:00 a.m. until approximately 5:00 p.m.

There will be five sessions throughout the day; each session has four different classes to choose from. For example, session one from 9:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. offers: Follow the Sun Vinyasa with Kayce Rosales-Knight, Open Those Hips and That Heart with Laura Gillingham, Yoga & Desire Map with Susan Dupuis, or How To Love Your Beautiful Body (just the way it is)! with Pattie Routledge. Participants can choose what they want to take and do for the entire day.

The coed event is open to ages 14 and older. The Yoga Festival is a closed event, only registrants, vendors, and guides are able to attend. Space is limited, first come, first paid. Registration can be done at the Prairie West Recreation office in Virden. Registration, vendor, and sponsor forms along with more information are available on their website at www.prairiewestrecreation.com
