A single vehicle mishap on PR 257 occurred around 3:30 p.m. Friday, Jun. 9. during a pelting rain storm that was accompanied by thunder and lightning. RCMP officers were on the scene. Cpr. Matt Hipwell explained the driver lost control and flew off the road over an approach into the south ditch. The driver was taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
