Virden driver to compete in PASCAR

Addicted to adrenaline and dedicated to safety is the motto of Prairie Association of Stock Car Auto Racing. To enter, the cars really do have to be stock – no added fuel injection or alterations to the tires or transmission.

This is for the fun of racing. There isn’t even a prize to win.

The goal is to have cheap and reliable cars that are to remain completely stock, according to the website. Cars must be 10 years old, at least; and drivers have to wear a fire suit and helmet.
