RCMP Historical Case Unit make arrest in 2007 murder of Portage grandmother
On the morning of May 10, 2017, the RCMP Historical Case Unit arrested a 30-year-old female in MacGregor, Manitoba. The arrest is in relation to the November 1, 2007, murder of Charlene Ward, a 46-year-old grandmother from Portage la Prairie.
