On Monday, April 10, 2017, at approximately 05:40 am, The Pas RCMP responded to the Hudson Bay Railway yard for a stack of rail ties on fire. RCMP believe the fire to be deliberately set.
The Hudson Bay Rail Company estimates the damage to be around $1 million dollars.
