This spring, Sandi Wheelans of Tilston Man. ran an Easter Basket Campaign to donate Easter baskets to children through the Virden Food Cupboard.
This was the first such campaign for Wheelans, a Discovery Toys products consultant. The idea was to provide toys, Easter treats and hygiene products to the Virden Food Cupboard for families with kids who receive a helping hand from the food cupboard.
Wheelans was motivated through her organization as a Discovery Toys Consultants. Across Canada, and the US consultants run the Easter Basket Campaign to help a charity in need.
“My philosophy about my business is that I want to get Discovery Toys into the hands of as many kids as possible,” says Wheelans. “It feels great to help children who need it.”
