Last Thursday, the Virden Indoor Rodeo kicked off in style with the open-air street party known as Downtown Daze, put on by the Virden Chamber of Commerce.
As usual, the children had the most fun of all, exploring the games, dancing to the live music of Misty Street, and just generally owning the avenue for the evening.
