On Saturday, March 20, a home in Minnedosa was searched, drugs were found and two arrests resulted.
At approximately 12:35 a.m., Manitoba West District Crime Reduction Enforcement Support Team (CREST) along with Spruce Plains RCMP and Police Dog Services, executed a search warrant at a residence on 5th Avenue NW, in Minnedosa.
A search of the residence resulted in the seizure of cocaine, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and Canadian currency.
Two adults were arrested at the scene.
A 27-year-old man is facing several charges, and was released from custody with a court date of June 22, 2021.
Lynsi Farough, 32, of Minnedosa has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x2, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Possession of Trafficking paraphernalia. She was remanded into custody.
RCMP continue to investigate.
