July 19-22 was a busy weekend once again as the 27th Annual Shirtsleeve Classic was held in the community.
Twenty-four rinks took to the ice under the watchful eye of Brett Heaman who did a great job of the ice making and drawmaster Bob Gardham. The following are the results of the bonspiel.

The Car Rally was a challenge taking drivers and riders all through the former RM of Miniota. The winners were Trevor and Abby Clark, Jamie Sheane and Tristan Gardham.
None of this could happen without all the willing volunteers who come and help prepare and donate food as well as to work in the rink kitchen and at the suppers. The Miniota Community Centre is so appreciative of everyone lending a hand right down to helping with the cleanup on Monday night!
