There was a serious crash on westbound Highway 1 near Griswold. The highway was closed between PTH 21 and Brandon due to poor driving conditions Thursday morning.
Virden Empire Advance's reporter says there was at least two kilometres of vehicles backed up in the eastbound lanes.
Manitoba Highways reports there was a second accident west of Kemnay.
