The Oak Lake Agricultural Fair was held Saturday, July 22. In the Sewing and Fancy work section of the fair, the Virden Arts Mosaic presents an award for the Best Overall Entry. This year’s winner was Karyn Morrow-Penner with this lace shawl, knit from silk yarn, embellished with a beaded edge.
