Reeve Linda Clark and Councillor Charles Bertram, at the Good Roads Association Banquet in Winnipeg, March 18, accept the Handy Hitch Manufacturing Shield and certificate which was awarded to the Town of Birtle for the Urban Beautification Competition for Population up to 1,000. These awards are on display in the Prairie View Municipal office in Birtle.
