Remembrance Day Message from your MLA

Remembrance Day is the time to give silent thanks to those who died in battle. Time to give personal thanks to those few veterans who are still with us.
Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day is the time to give silent thanks to those who died in battle. Time to give personal thanks to those few veterans who are still with us. Time to give thanks to our armed forces members who are entrusted to protect our country, and serve in conflict zones around the world.

We must remember the value of peace - peace that we sometimes take for granted. Many countries in our world are in turmoil with internal fighting. We should give thanks that our country is free, and thanks to those who fought for that freedom.

Canada is a great country. We should all be proud to be Canadians. Proud to live in a free land. We need to appreciate these freedoms each and every day of the year.

Lest We Forget
