Two missing youths from Canupawakpa

Canupawakpa Detachment, Police Update, June 11/2019

Police received a report of two missing youths: Quina Bell (soon to be 16) and her 17-year-old boyfriend Chavez Duck. Both youths got on a bus Sunday morning to attend the Brandon Fair. They failed to return to the bus.

Quina Bell is described as Aboriginal, 48 kgs (106 pounds), 168 cm in height (5’5”) brown eyes, brown shoulder length hair, and wearing glasses. Quina was carrying a black back pack.

Chavez Jaydon Duck is described as Aboriginal, 68 kgs (150 lbs), 178 cm (5’8”), black eyes and black neck length hair. Chavez was wearing a black sweater, black sweat pants and black and white shoes. He was also carrying a black back pack.

Both Chavez and Quina may be going to Chavez’s home community of Little Grand Rapids.
