Joyce Heaman and Norma Millar motored to Nipawin, Sask. to see Marilyn Kinnear and Calvin. It was the Nipawin Campground’s 50th Anniversary. Joyce took in the art show. Joyce and Norma enjoyed the houseboat ride on the Saskatchewan River down to the lake.
The committee had not done anything like this before but did a good job of breakfast and supper, mostly hot dogs and hamburgers. They had archery, trapping and many things for the kids. Calvin and a friend went fishing.
Sharon and Neil Barbour of Winnipeg visited with Lorraine Pollock last week.
Last Friday, Marvin and Lynne Chambers of Fillmore, Sask. visited with Marjorie Tapp.
Last weekend Daryl and Darlene Chamber of Lacombe Alta. visited Marjorie Tapp. Also Shaun Kozarchuk, Alisha and Matt and Zachary Gillies of Winnipeg, and Dolores and Vic Van Leeuwen of Airdrie, Alta. and Karen Naumiuk of Oak Lake Beach were all visitors of Marjorie Tapp and attended the Tapp reunion.
