Mac and Pat Lelond and families visited the Trevor Shewfelt family in the New Year at Saskatoon, Sask.
Twelve interested people from the West Two Creeks School district and area had a meeting to plan the building of brick cairn to commemorate the century school, destroyed through arson in September of 2017. The planned date of unveiling is August 11, 2019. Those interested in donating can contact Myrna Drake or Bev Peel.

The Kenton Legion Bonspiel was held on Jan. 5 with 18 rinks taking part. Al Morken from Rivers took first place and John Christiansen, also from Rivers, took second place.
The curlers appreciated all those who made meals for the bonspiel – it was a great weekend for all.
Deepest sympathy from the community to Evan Bell and family, and all the extended family, on the passing of Wilma.
