Missing are 43-year-old Sheldon Anderson, 45-year-old Nona Anderson, and their daughters, 13-year-old Chanel and 10-year-old Mariah.

The Anderson family vehicle, a 2002 tan-coloured Toyota Sienna minivan (AB plate BGZ2221), was last seen on video surveillance leaving the parking garage of their residence in the 13700-block of 100 Avenue at 2 pm on Tuesday, September 11.“They have not been seen or heard from since,” said RCMP Sgt. Chad Greig.

The family is described as follows:

Sheldon: white, 5’10”, 190 lbs., with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes
Nona: white, 5’9″, medium build, with long blonde hair
Chanel: white, 5′, thin build, with long blonde hair
Mariah: white, 4′, thin build, with long blonde hair

The Andersons recently moved to BC from Alberta. The Surrey RCMP note that the family is known to spend time in Richmond at Minoru Park, though there is a possibility the family is driving to Alberta.
