Gord and Kim Halowaty, owners of The Alex Hotel, presented Graham Freeman, Wellview Golf Club President, with a $1,000 cheque on Tuesday, Jun. 6, as a memorial tribute to Ken Angus, an avid golfer at Wellview. The Celebration of Life for Ken Angus was held at The Alex recently, and the owners donated the net sales of $800 from that day, along with donations from Doreen Angus and Lawrence Souter.
