With the band and instrumental festival just over, student dancers, their families and fans were coming and going this past week. The Festival brings people from miles around to Virden for each session.
The Club Dance portion of the 2023 Virden Music & Arts Festival, adjudicated by Danielle Auld of Niverville, took place on Mar. 15 and 16 in the Aud Theatre. Along with a strong representation from Virden Dance Club and dancers from the RM of Pipestone and Hamiota, dancers came from distant Manitoba groups such as Roblin, Russel and Melita; as well as from Saskatchewan.
