Virden Music and Arts Festival on April 18 and 19 provided students of music and speech arts the opportunity to showcase their best work from a season of study. Family and friends attended St. Paul’s United Church to hear the students and the professional adjudications from Naomi Forman of Brandon in vocal / speech arts and from piano adjudicator Tannis Hofer of Deloraine. Competitors were eligible for awards, scholarships and for recommendation to the provincial festival.
