16-year-old Kennedy, was severely injured during a barrel race in Carberry on July 2, 2022. After a fall from her horse, Kennedy Langevin was airlifted to Health Science Centre in Winnipeg where she is still undergoing surgeries, so a community member launched a GoFundMe to help the family. Doyle and Jodi, Kennedy's parents, are at her side.
