Its so hard to let someone go who means so much to so many people. Let memories warm your heart every time you are feeling a loss. With deepest sympathy to Dianne Janzen and family with the passing of John.

The November birthday party is on Nov. 29 with card games in the afternoon. Elaine serves goodies. Shirley Kennedy’s line dancers entertain in the evening.

It soon will be Christmas, here are some Christmas rules:

1 Be of good cheer

2 Give more than you get

3 Drink hot cocoa

4 Believe in Santa

5 Trim the tree

6 Be nice not naughty

7 Build a snowman

8 Hang stockings

9 Don’t get your tinsel in a tangle

10 Laugh, love and share.

The most wonderful time of the year.

“It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.” Thank you to our decorators who have Main Street looking festive for the holiday season, and for those who placed the nativity scene, ready at the Memory Garden. Our community has many activities planned for the season. Watch for posters and Facebook announcements.

Sympathy is extended to Julia Pierce and Dorothea Amy and their families on the death of their sister-in-law and aunt Lillian Salmon at Stonewall. A celebration of life service will be held at the Birtle United Church on Dec. 9.

Please call your Christmas news to 567-3847.
