About 160 people came out to enjoy Mother’s Day brunch at TOGP on Sunday, a fundraiser for Virden & Area Community Daycare.
Organizer Fran Lansing says the numbers were slightly up from last year’s event.
There was also a photo booth with dress-up props and a crafts area where the kids created cards, pictures and decorated planters for their moms.
On the brunch buffet: pancakes, hash browns, sausages, bacon, ham, trifle, fruit, muffins and lots of sweets.
