On Jan. 19, at 7:10 p.m., Neepawa RCMP received a report of a fire at a residence located on Walker Avenue, in the town of Neepawa.
RCMP, along with the local fire department and EMS, attended the scene.
Firefighters quickly entered the home and located a 68-year-old male who was pronounced deceased.
The cause of the fire has been determined to be accidental.
No further details are available at this time. Neepawa RCMP along with the Office of the Fire Commissioner continue to investigate.
