The regular meeting of the Prairie View Municipal Council was held in Miniota Chambers on September 27, 2022. 
Warren Loeffelholz from Delco attended and brought information regarding membrane replacement. After discussion council passed a resolution to accept the quote dated September 9th from Delco for membrane replacement in the amount of $20,976.50 excluding taxes and shipping.


Ken Anderson from Associated Engineering attended to bring information regarding landfill cell design at Birtle. After discussion council passed a resolution to authorize the Public Works Manager to advertise a request for quote for preliminary and final cell design and landfill operating manual for the Birtle landfill.


Prairie View Municipality will donate 20 yards of crushed gravel to the Beulah Hall, to create a barrier against rodents and alleviate the erosion due to rainwater.


Council passed a resolution setting the reserve bid in the amount of all arrears and costs on the following properties advertised for Tax Sale and not redeemed prior to 1:30 Pm on November 17, 2022:
•    19600    Birtle, 674 Vine St.
•    21800    Birtle, 666 Main St.
•    45200    Birtle, 110 Beaconsfield Ave.
•    244000 Foxwarren, 324 Dickson Ave.


Under the Municipal Act the assessor has provided a listing of assessment changes and the CAO was instructed to make the necessary revisions as received from the Assessment Branch.


Council approved the proposed subdivision on SW 06-18-27W and that a conditional use order be granted allowing the proposed non-farm dwelling within the Agricultural General Zone, and that a minor variance be granted increasing the maximum 10.0-acre parcel size of proposed Lot 1 up to the 10.39 acres being proposed in the Agricultural General Zone.


Council convened in-camera to consider the non-union personnel agreement. After discussion the in-camera session was adjourned, and a resolution was passed to authorize the Reeve and CAO to ratify the Non-Union contract effective January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2025.
