Arts Mosaic would like to thank everyone for their visits during the month of July and contributions to our community projects. Our rock snake “Spike'' has been heartily fed and is extremely large. The “Wings” project is coming along, and we would love more feathers. If you are interested, please stop in and grab some feathers to color. Once we have enough, we will make a huge set of wings for selfies.
For the month of August, we are excited to host Erica Holloway and her exhibition “Somewhere in the Middle” which can be seen Tuesdays - Fridays and in reduced hours on Saturdays. The Studio room is available to patrons during these hours, as well as the always spectacular Mosaic Market. New goodies are coming in all the time for your gift giving needs.
Also new to Arts Mosaic is Opeyemi Olukotun. Opeyemi is a prolific acrylic painter whose work has been shown in London, Nigeria, and Spain to name a few of his stops. Stop in and introduce yourself to Opeyemi as he learns the ropes of the Station!
