Choice Hotels Canada, the country’s largest hotel franchisor, has announced that the Comfort Inn and Suites in Virden was recognized with a prestigious Gold Hospitality Award.
This is second time the Virden property has been recognized with the Gold Hospitality Award.
“It’s a good feeling when your hard work pays off and we are thrilled to receive this award from Choice Hotels Canada,” says Dylan Clarke, Managing Partner of the hotel.
“This would not be possible without the hard work, support, and commitment to excellence from our entire staff and we’d like to use this opportunity to thank them for their dedication to our guests and hotel,” said Clarke.
The annual awards celebrate the highest rated properties within the Canadian portfolio of more than 325 hotels across the country.
Hospitality Awards are based on a ranking system that examines key performance areas including guest survey results and quality assurance reviews. Gold recipients are among the top four to 10 per cent in Choice Canada’s system.
