Wolverine Days 2017

Wolverine Supplies will be holding “Wolverine Days” on Jun. 24 – 25, rain or shine. Everyone, of all ages and experience levels are welcome to attend; no license required to participate.

A range event will be held with a variety of firearms from .22 LR to .50 CAL to try out. Ammo tickets will be available for purchase at $5 each. Each ammo ticket gets you a pre-determined amount of rounds that will vary depending on the firearm you choose to shoot.

Manufacturer representatives will be on site including: Daniel Defense, Barrett, Vortex, Browning, Bushnell, X-Metal Targets, Red Agencies - Benelli, Beretta, and more. Tony Bernardo of CSSA/CSAAA will also be out for the event.
Both days will include a barbeque; Saturday's proceeds will be going to the local Boy Scouts.
A Chinese auction will be held again this year, with grand prizes including, but not limited to a Mossberg Rifle, UTAS UTS 15 Shotgun and Remington RP9 Handgun.

Contest entrants must be at least 18 years old to enter firearms draws, and firearms must be collected by a licensed individual.
Scratch-off discounts for 5% to 50% off of purchase will be available.

New this year, Wolverine Supplies will hold a “Discount Den” event; everything in the Den will be on sale.

On Sunday, Members of Parliament, Larry Maguire and Robert Sopuck will be in attendance at Wolverine Supplies.

Wolverine Days are a great opportunity to come out and see the store for the first time. If you've never been, hit the range, and see what shooting sports are all about.

Proceeds from the on-line raffle promo will go to Ronald McDonald House Canada and Courageous Companions.

About Courageous Companions

Courageous Companions is a registered charity which provides quality trained certified Service Dogs to Military Veterans and First Responders who suffer with physical and/or psychological operational injuries as a result of their service.

This is a volunteer driven organization that strives to restore dignity, rebuild confidence, and increase the quality of life for our brave men and women who serve in uniform.

Courageous Companion service dogs are provided at no charge, which is why we rely entirely on donations from individuals and businesses and service organizations.

A Courageous Companions Elite K-9 Service Dog is a specifically molded Service Dog trained to respond to the specific needs of an individual manifesting the symptoms of physical and/or physiological operational injuries. Our service dogs are exclusively trained by MSAR (www.msar.ca), an organization that has had six service dogs nominated and two inducted into the Purina Animal Hall of Fame as ‘Service Dog of the Year’.

About Ronald McDonald House

Ronald McDonald House Charities is an organization that operates two core programs: Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Room in Winnipeg’s HSC Children's Hospital.

Ronald McDonald House is a "home-away-from-home" for out-of-town families who are in Winnipeg while their children are receiving care for any illness or injury. The House is a warm, supportive and welcoming space where families can stay close, be together and connect with each other.

The Ronald McDonald Family Room is a home within the hospital walls for any family with a pediatric patient, offering comfort and care just steps away from your child's bedside.

McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada, through Owner/Operators and their partners, is the founding partner, providing annual financial support to help sustain RMHCMB's operations. However, the organization must still rely on the generosity of Manitobans for donations of money, services and gifts-in-kind for approximately 70% of  operating costs. RMHCMB is primarily supported by a dedicated staff and caring volunteers.
