Oakbank RCMP responds to break and enter at the Anola Motor Hotel

The Oakbank RCMP is currently investigating a break, enter and theft that occurred at the Anola Motor Hotel on June 8, 2017, at approximately 3:20 am.

The Oakbank RCMP is currently investigating a break, enter and theft that occurred at the Anola Motor Hotel on June 8, 2017, at approximately 3:20 am.

Officers attended and discovered that a suspect climbed over the outdoor patio fence and gained entry into the business establishment.  

Once inside, the suspect gained entry into the safe and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and property.

Surveillance cameras on site obtained photos of the suspect who is described as wearing loosely fitted dark pants, light-coloured wind breaker jacket, runners and a back pack.
