A Fort La Bosse School Division regular meeting was held Jun. 26. Members present were: G. Draper, C. Russell, D. Campion, B. Cochrane, L. Irwin, D. Jamieson, C. Lowes, R. Masson, M. Walker, B. Pitz, Superintendent of Schools, K. Reid, Secretary-Treasurer, and V. Wilson, Supervisor of Operations.
• Board of Trustees approved a 0.75 FTE Limited Teacher General Agreement for Natasha Peper commencing Sept. 5, 2017 and concluding Nov.14, 2017.
• Approved was a 1.0 FTE Limited Teacher General Agreement for Kelsey Brown commencing Septe. 5, 2017 and concluding Jun. 30, 2018.
• Approved was a 0.875 FTE Limited Teacher General Agreement for Juliana Briggs commencing Sept.5, 2017 and concluding Jun. 30, 2018.
• Approved was a 0.80 FTE Limited Teacher General Agreement for Racquel Halland commencing Oct. 12, 2017 and concluding Nov. 10, 2018.
• Approved was a 0.5 FTE Limited Teacher General Agreement for Michelle Hamel commencing Sept. 5, 2017 and concluding Dec. 22, 2017; approves a 0.5 FTE increase to Darlene Friesen’s Teacher General Agreement commencing Sept. 5; approves a 0.50 FTE Limited Teacher General Agreement for Noella Eagle commencing Sept. 5, 2017 and concluding Jun. 30, 2018;
• Approved was a 0.9 FTE Teacher General Agreement for Cody McPhee commencing September 5, 2017.
• Participation in the MUST Fund for the 2017-2018 school year for an annual premium of $1,291.36 was approved.
• The purchase of Adobe Premiere and Photoshop Elements licensing and Adobe Acrobat Professional licensing at a total cost of $2,975.75 plus applicable taxes was approved.
• the Board of Trustees approved the collateral agreement and letter of agreement with the Fort La Bosse Division Association of the Manitoba Teachers’ Society as detailed in the Committee of the Whole minutes dated Jun. 19, 2017, subject to ratification by the Association.
• The amended policies as reviewed and recommended by the Policy Review Committee, and detailed in the minutes of the meeting dated Jun. 22, 2017 was approved.
