There will also be a Canada 150 Junior Special, any cereal and/or edible sculpture depicting any wild Canadian animal or bird.

A pancake breakfast will take place early Saturday morning at the fairgrounds, with a parade to follow at 10:00 a.m.  The opening ceremonies will be held at the grand stand at the fairgrounds after the parade.

The Oak Lake Lions Canteen will be available all day Saturday, and a noon cold beef meal will also be held.

Among the many events at the fair, there will be exhibits for livestock, cooking, sewing, horticulture, and art.
