COVID-19 vaccine clinics are coming to a location near you. Prairie Mountain health is announcing six pop-up locations within the health region in mid-May.
Virden Clinic will be on a Wednesday at Tundra Oil & Gas Place, 900, 5th Ave. N. The clinic is scheduled between 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. You must have an appointment.
Shoal Lake will hold a clinic at the Community Hall, 315, The Drive. That clinic is on May 20 between 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Within the 3-days, May 18 – 20, there will also be clinics at Killarney, Neepawa, Russell and Swan River.
Eligibility to be immunized as of May 5 has been expanded to include individuals aged 45 or older and Indigenous people aged 18 and older. However, eligibility is broadening every few days, so for the full eligibility criteria, https://manitoba.ca/covid19/vaccine/eligibility-criteria.html.
