Virden Lions had a chance to try out the children’s loft they helped pay for at the new Funshine II Early Learning Centre in Virden. The Lions Club had earlier donated $25,000 towards the centre, and last week, 14 members of the service group got a tour from executive director Melony Frank (centre left) and chairperson Jillian Irvine (centre right). The donation helped pay for two lofts plus fire equipment stored below the raised play areas.Heather Reimer
