The scene of a two-car accident at the junction of Road 56 North and Hwy 83, where a car approaching from the west T-boned a northbound vehicle on the highway. There were no injuries, but a driver was charged with failing to proceed when safe to do so, and driving a vehicle with the view obstructed by frost on the windshield. The accident occurred shortly after 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 21.
