At one in the morning on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, Brandon RCMP responded to a two-vehicle collision in the RM of Oakland-Wawanesa.
Two vehicles collided on Highway 340, just north of Wawanesa. The driver and lone occupant of one of the vehicles, a 43-year-old man from Oakland-Wawanesa municipality, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The other driver, a 28-year-old woman from Shilo was also alone in her car. She was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Brandon RCMP continue to investigate.
