Taylor Laffin of Virden is going to Truro, NS, to compete in the Canadian Archery Championships Aug. 3 – 6.
It will be a homecoming of sorts for Laffin as her family is originally from the Maritimes and still has relatives there.
The 17-year-old recently received an athletic sponsorship from Virden Mainline Motors where her dad Leon (also an archer) works.
