Every year during the Christmas season, the Virden Velocity Synchronized Skating teams pick a local charity to support. This year they collected non-perishable food items for the Virden and Area Food Cupboard. Myrna Bisson (back row, fourth from left) came to a recent practice to accept the items on behalf of the Food Cupboard.
