On April 13, 2018, Stonewall RCMP arrested Henry “Kelly” Isbister, 80, for Sexual Interference and Sexual Assault on a minor.
Incidents related to these charges were reported to RCMP on April 13. Isbister exposed himself to a male minor on a couple of occasions and also touched the youth, who is under 16.
