Richard Brian Tammie was last seen on April 27, 2023, at his residence on Saskatchewan Avenue East, in Portage la Prairie.
Richard is 6’2”, 265 lbs with brown/white hair and hazel eyes.
Richard Tammie has ties to Thornhill, B.C. and Moncton, N.B.
