With exactly one month until the big day, a Santa Claus Parade helps usher in the festive season on a chilly, snowy Nov. 25 evening. Bundled-up spectators waved and cheered as a variety of decorated floats from businesses and organizations wound their way along the route, beginning at the fairgrounds and ending at Victoria Park.
