As you may be aware, Canada has the highest rate of multiple sclerosis in the world; every day 3 more Canadians are diagnosed with MS. Manitoba has one of the highest rates of MS in Canada, with approximately 3,500 people currently living with MS in our province. The effects of the disease are physical, emotional, financial, impact entire communities, and last a lifetime.
The MS Society is 97 percent funded by passionate donors like your members. Your donation means that more revenue can be directed to finding a cure for multiple sclerosis and enabling people affected by MS to enhance their quality of life.
