Does anyone care?
O’Canada, our National Anthem … They changed it again!
I believe since it’s inception, our anthem is on it’s fourth or fifth revision.
Why? Every time someone/anyone gets a skewed notion about being politically correct or gender neutral, our anthem lyrics apparently need to be altered to coincide with being reflective of our progressive society. What a crock of hooey.
When will everyone be finally satisfied? The French version remains unadulterated.
The old English anthem was good enough for me, back years ago at school.
Some people now days are sure fickle and hard to please.
I’ll just stay with “Through patriot love, in all thy sons command”, thank you.
