Because of you, the Canadian Cancer Society is able to tackle all forms of cancer. Your donations, and the contributions of thousands of Manitobans:
- Put more researchers in laboratories to fight cancer than any other charity
- Funded 734 Manitobans in 79 clinical trials administered by the Cancer Society
- Put Virden-area cancer patients in vehicles so they could get to and from treatment 395 times over the last two years
- Brought about change so $1.4 million in cancer drug costs for 280 Virden-area families were covered
Because of you, lives are being saved. By working together we are making progress in the cancer fight.
