At long last, some action has been initiated to regulate hunting and using a spotlight; a sensitive issue that has been festering for the past several years in Manitoba.
However, this was not accomplished by our Development Resources Minister, nor her directors within her staff.
Thankfully, it was the Metis Federation who ultimately undertook action to do their part in animal conservation. Leaving questions of "Who in our Manitoba government is taking care and looking after our wildlife concerns?"
